Mentor Students

At CBID we are actively looking for mentors from industry with medical device development and commercialization experience to assist and guide students in the medical device development process.

Mentors should be willing to commit a few hours of time working and communicating with students and clinicians on projects of specific interest.

We would like mentors to guide students on:

  • Medical device design & development
  • FDA regulatory process
  • Clinical trials
  • Ergonomics
  • Fundraising (Venture capital, angel investors)
  • Start-up process
