Eighteen master’s level students in the Whiting School of Engineering’s Center for Bioengineering Innovation and Design are reporting from India, Kenya, Nepal and Tanzania as they research the health needs of some of the world’s most vulnerable women and children. The three-week trip is part of the CBID program’s innovative partnership with Jhpiego, a global health nonprofit affiliated with Johns Hopkins.
